Agricultural fraternity scholarships
The Delta Theta Sigma Educational Foundation proudly supports three distinct agricultural fraternity scholarships, each catering to specific aspects of academic excellence and community involvement. Firstly, the Earl and Kay Harbaugh Scholarship in Agricultural Sciences is available to full-time undergraduate students within the College of Agricultural Sciences who exhibit superior academic records or show promise of outstanding academic success. While open to all eligible students, the donor expresses a preference for at least one recipient to be a member of the Delta Theta Sigma fraternity. Secondly, the Ethan J “Beef” Wolfe Memorial Trustee Scholarship is dedicated to undergraduate students in the College of Agricultural Sciences with demonstrated financial need (FAFSA). The donor’s preference is for recipients who are also members of the Delta Theta Sigma fraternity. Lastly, the Donald E. Evans Memorial Delta Theta Sigma Scholarship in Agricultural Sciences is aimed at full-time undergraduate students in the College of Agricultural Sciences who demonstrate superior academic records, Delta Theta Sigma fraternity membership (Beta Chapter), and active participation in extracurricular activities.
To apply for any of these agricultural fraternity scholarships, candidates must use the College of Agricultural Sciences General Scholarship Application and list their Delta Theta Sigma involvement. These scholarships embody the foundation’s commitment to fostering academic achievement, financial support, and fraternity engagement among deserving students.

Delta Theta Sigma Paul Semmel Education Fund
The Delta Theta Sigma Paul Semmel Education Fund provides an annual agricultural fraternity scholarships to male juniors and/or seniors who are active members of Delta Theta Sigma Fraternity, Beta Chapter at Penn State University. Recipients must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be in good standing with Penn State, the College of Agriculture, and DTS. Students must also reside in the DTS Fraternity House for the academic period in which the scholarship is awarded.

Must apply with College of Agricultural Sciences General Scholarship Application and List DTS Involvement
Earl and Kay Harbaugh Scholarship in Agricultural Sciences

Additional DTS Alumni established Scholarships include the Don and Lila Ace Trustee Scholarship, Leslie N. Firth Scholarship in Ag, and Jay V. and Joyce H. Rush Family Trustee Scholarship.
